Verse of the Day

This verse speaks directly to the weight we carry—worries, responsibilities, fears, and unspoken concerns that quietly drain our strength. God does not ask us to carry these burdens alone. Instead, He invites us to place them in His hands. Casting our burdens on the Lord is an act of trust, acknowledging that He is strong enough to sustain us where we feel weak.

The promise that follows is comforting: He shall sustain thee. God does not merely receive our burdens; He supports us through them. When life feels unstable, He becomes our steady ground. Though circumstances may shake us, God assures us that we will not be moved from His care. His faithfulness holds us firm, even in difficult seasons.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, I bring my burdens to You today—the worries I carry and the pressures I feel. Teach me to release them fully into Your care. Sustain me when I feel tired and steady me when life feels uncertain. Help me to trust that You are holding me firmly and will not let me fall. I rest in Your strength and faithfulness. In Jesus' name. Amen.
