There are burdens we carry because we think we must handle everything ourselves. Yet Scripture gives us a simple and powerful invitation: cast your cares upon God.
God is not distant from your struggles. He cares about your concerns, your future, your family, your work, your needs, and the things that trouble your heart. You do not have to carry tomorrow's burdens today.
Casting your cares upon Him means trusting Him enough to release what you cannot control. It does not mean you stop acting wisely; it means you stop allowing worry to become your master.
Today, surrender your anxieties to God and trust His wisdom, timing, and faithfulness. The God who cares for you is able to sustain you.
Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Today I bring every burden, concern, fear, and uncertainty before You. I choose to cast my cares upon You because Your Word assures me that You care for me.
Give me peace where I have been anxious, strength where I have been weak, wisdom where I am uncertain, and faith where I have been afraid.
Help me to trust You with the things I cannot control. Order my steps, provide for my needs, protect me from evil, and lead me into the opportunities and blessings You have prepared for me.
Let Your peace guard my heart and mind today. I refuse to be ruled by fear or worry. I choose faith, confidence, and trust in You.
